Add your desired product to the shopping cart and place an order. After entering your shipping address and other details, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. Basically, Amish furniture is "made-to-order," but some items may be available in store stock.

② Check the automated order confirmation email.

You will receive an automated order confirmation email from our online store. Please check whether the ordered items, shipping address, name, and contact details are correct.

③ Check the payment-related email.

We will verify the information you entered and proceed with the payment process. We will contact you for confirmation. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive an automated payment confirmation email.

④ We will inquire about your desired delivery date.

[For In-Stock Items]

We will contact you via email or phone to ask for your preferred delivery date. For items in stock, we will usually proceed with the shipping process within seven business days.

  • Depending on the shipping company’s schedule and your delivery location, we may not always be able to meet your preferred delivery date.
  • Large items may take longer to process for shipping. Please understand this in advance.
  • If we conduct an inspection and adjustments on the item, it may take additional time.

If you wish to delay delivery, please contact us. We can hold your item for up to three months after payment confirmation and will ask you for a preferred delivery date again. If you need storage for longer than three months, please contact us separately.

[For Made-to-Order Items]

For made-to-order items, we will contact you to confirm your order details. The estimated delivery time is usually 4-6 months, but it may vary depending on our order situation, the Amish furniture workshop’s schedule, overseas shipping, and import security inspections. Please understand this in advance.
We will provide updates as the process progresses (e.g., when the item is completed at the workshop, when it is exported, and when it arrives at the port).
Once the item arrives at our store and inspection is complete, we will contact you again to arrange the delivery date.
If you wish to delay the delivery, we can store your item for up to three months.
If longer storage is required, please consult with us separately. If there are any other necessary matters, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Before You Purchase

Due to differences in photography conditions, monitor settings, and browser environments, the actual color of the product may differ from the photos.
Additionally, since the furniture is made of natural wood, the color and grain of each piece will vary. Please understand that the actual wood grain may differ from the pictures or may not match your preferences.
The size specifications provided are converted from the original inch measurements into centimeters. Please use them as a rough guide.
Some products can be viewed in our store. We can check available schedules and stock, so please feel free to inquire. We encourage you to purchase only after you are fully satisfied.

Checking the Installation Route and Location

Before placing an order, please check the safety of the installation route and location.
Tables are generally delivered with the tabletop and legs detached and are assembled in the room.

For Apartments and Offices

  • Ensure the item can fit inside the elevator. If not, confirm if it can be carried up the stairs.
  • Ensure that the item can pass through entrance doors and hallways. In layouts with right-angled turns, large items may need to be tilted. Ensure there is sufficient ceiling height.
  • There must be enough safe space to install the item.

For Houses

  • Ensure the item can pass through entrance doors and hallways.
  • For delivery to upper floors, check if it can be carried up the stairs. In staircases with turns, large items may need to be tilted.
  • Ensure there is enough ceiling height and a safe space for installation.

Delivery Date Confirmation

Please be sure to be home on the scheduled delivery date. Furniture delivery requires your presence. Ensure that the installation area is clear and safe. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us in advance.

Shipping Damage Compensation

Minor damages caused during shipping will be handled according to the policy of the shipping company. Please understand this in advance.

Table Delivery

Tables are delivered with the tabletop and legs detached, and they are assembled on-site by the delivery staff.
However, in some regions, the delivery company may not provide assembly services. In such cases, the customer will need to assemble the item.
Since solid wood furniture is very heavy, please ensure safety by having at least two adults perform the assembly.

Large Furniture and Special Cases

In some areas, large furniture (e.g., cabinets) may not be deliverable. Some items, such as wall-mounted furniture, may require professional installation. Please contact us for details.

Made-to-Order Products

The delivery time for made-to-order items is approximately 4 to 6 months. Each piece is handcrafted by Amish artisans and then shipped to Japan.
The delivery time varies depending on the order volume, workshop status, material procurement, shipping, and customs clearance.

Usage Precautions

Amish furniture is made of solid wood, which expands and contracts with changes in humidity. To prolong its lifespan, avoid extreme humidity changes.
Keep the relative humidity between 35% and 45%. Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight, near heating appliances, or in highly humid areas.

To Keep Your Furniture in Good Condition:

  • Maintain a relative humidity of 35% to 45%.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Use indoors only. Do not store in garages, attics, basements, or poorly ventilated areas.
  • Improper storage may cause warping or damage, which is not covered under warranty.

Cleaning Instructions

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid dry cloths as they may scratch the surface.
If using a cleaner, avoid products containing ammonia or silicone.
If spills occur, wipe them immediately with warm water and mild soap.

Returns and Defective Products

Cancellations or returns due to personal preference are not accepted. Please read the Before You Purchase section carefully before ordering.

Warranty Information

Please check for damage immediately upon delivery. If damage is found due to shipping, report it within five days.
A six-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. Beyond this period, repairs will be charged.
